Tess came to STS from rural KY and has been with STS several months while we figured out her medical needs and got her healthy enough for adoption. If you are a Pomeranian lover, this senior girl could be your next snuggle buddy. Tess is around 12-13 years old, 14lb and although she does have some mobility issues, she does not let that stop her from getting around. She may have applications in progress, but is currently available. Tess loves to be carried and that's a good thing since her mobility limitations mean no stairs for this girl. Tess lives in a foster home with other dogs and a cat but would be fine being an only dog or sharing a home with another senior dog or cat. She does take daily medication for low thyroid, blood pressure, and cushings and requires eye ointment twice a day for dry eyes. This senior girl is very sweet, loves to be pet, and deserves a loving home - could that home be yours? Adoption fee is $250 and includes spay/neuter, microchip, fecal/deworming, vaccines and prevention up to date. Ohio residents only. STS is a foster-based and volunteer-run rescue. We do not have a physical location or set hours for you to meet dogs, and it does take time to answer each inquiry. All dogs are in foster homes and once an application is approved and a home visit is completed you will be able to schedule meet and greets with available dogs.
