Charlie is a very dignified and quiet dog. He is a couch potato and he prefers to relax around the house. He gets along well with other dogs and prefers the company of women. Charlie would do best in a home with older kids who know how to respect his boundaries. As a Project Freedom Ride direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet would take place on a video call (FB Messenger Call, Facetime, Zoom, Etc). The adoption application and fee would be finalized & paid in full prior to receiving your dog.
