Meet Petunia – A One-of-a-Kind Sweetheart Looking for Her Forever Home Petunia is a 2–3-year-old female Lab mix with a truly unique and adorable appearance. Born with a cleft lip and palate, she doesn’t let that slow her down one bit—Petunia eats and drinks just like any other pup and lives life to the fullest. This sweet girl is full of love and eager for affection. Petunia was found abandoned in West Virginia and taken in by a shelter before making her way to Michigan, where she’s now thriving in a foster home. She lives with three other dogs. She prefers easy going calm dogs. She’s proven to be fully house-trained and incredibly trustworthy—even with full access to the home while her foster parents are at work. Petunia is a sweet happy soul who enjoys exciting things like car rides, relaxing days, and, of course, butt scratches (a favorite of hers!). She would do best in a calm, nurturing environment. If there’s another dog in the home, a meet-and-greet is recommended to ensure a good fit. Petunia is ready to give her heart to a forever family who will see her beauty inside and out.
