I was born behind an East Texas IHOP restaurant. I was discovered by a good Samaritan who spent a long time trying to catch me. I was a very scared young puppy who didn't know what a human was. Once they caught me, the made me safe and worked with me to help me understand that humans are not to be afraid of and they feed me and play with me. I am doing so much better and now I play with them and other dogs. I am very smart and love to explore. I am active and would love an active family that likes to do outdoorsy things. Ringo is currently located in the Houston, TX area but transportation can be arranged and is very easy. A portion of the adoption fee is applied to the transportation fee.
