Meet Shandy a vibrant 5-year-old red and rust female with cropped ears and a docked tail. Her affectionate nature is evident in her love of “car wash kisses” and snuggling. Shandy demonstrates impressive leash manners, trotting and sniffing with poise and composure. Although initially cautious, she quickly warms up to new people. Her playful and goofy demeanor serves as entertainment and keeps her foster mom laughing. Shandy is uncomfortable with crate confinement, but she has adapted well to life outside the crate. However, she works as a professional organizer during the day, so if you leave items out or fail to close a closet door, she will reorganize your belongings. Shandy wouldn’t dream of destroying anything but she feels your things are better placed somewhere else. Shandy is not suited for life as a single dog, but she will flourish in her new home with a male companion by her side. To ensure her safety, a fenced yard is required for yard exploration and playtime with her jolly ball.
