Meet Lemonade, a zesty orange girl with a heart as golden as her fur. Found strutting the streets like she owned the block, Lemonade was clearly no ordinary stray-more like a lost queen in search of her kingdom (and snacks), and a space to promptly pop out 4 fruity babies. Friendly from the start, she walked right up, chirped a greeting, and made herself at home like she'd just been on a brief vacation. This gal would love to be in a quiet home where she can be observed for her beauty but not bothered too much. She will let you know when pets are requested, and then she will let you know when your time is up. She's a gorgeous girl with opinions! Lemonade is estimated to be about a year old and has a $100 adoption fee. With her sweet temperament and sassy streak, Lemonade brings sunshine wherever she goes. She's a pro at head boops, lap naps, and supervising all household activities with a judgmental-but loving-eye. One part citrus, two parts sugar, Lemonade is the perfect blend of sass and snuggles. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. Please only apply for a specific kitten if you are committed to adopting! Our workers are all volunteers and it takes time to process applications. We are a registered, volunteer run 501c3 non-profit organization. Free transport is regularly available to Wayne/Holmes County areas! We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.
