Her long, velvety ears are her secret snooze button—give them a rub and she melts right into dreamland. Weighing 29 pounds and fully vetted and microchipped, she’s ready to charm her way into your life. True to her beagle spirit, Trixie is outgoing, curious, and full of joyful energy. She loves to play fetch (and yes, she brings the ball back every time!) and happily romps around with her foster beagle siblings. Her favorite way to start the day? A few glorious zoomies and a good squeaky toy session in the yard. She is house trained with regular outdoor breaks and is a pro at the dog door. She does well uncrated while her foster family is at work and prefers sleeping snuggled up in bed with her people—crate life is not her vibe, unless it’s for a smooth car ride. Leash walking is still a bit of an adventure—she pulls with enthusiasm—but a new harness and a little patience are all she needs to improve. Her ideal home would be active, have a fenced yard, and include another playful pup to share her toys (and zoomies) with.
