Just a year old, I was tied to a stop sign in rural Mississippi with nothing but a note—too scared to look anyone in the eye. But even after all that, I still want to believe in good people. When you show me kindness, I’ll lean into it, slowly and hopefully. Once I realize you're safe, I warm up quickly, tail wags and all. I’m potty trained, gentle with children, and happiest when we’re out on a quiet walk. You can tell I’ve been hurt before—sometimes I cower when hands come too fast—but I always hope they’ll be kind. At 35 pounds, I’m a perfect lapful of resilience wrapped in vulnerability. I’m spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and currently in Dickson, TN. I can travel out of state if your home feels like the one. Transport fee applies. All I want is a soft voice, a patient heart, and a place to finally call mine.
