Now thriving, Phoebe is a playful and curious kitten who loves batting around her toys and leaping onto anything her little legs can reach. She’s an adventurous spirit with a cautious side—timid at first, but once she feels safe, her sweet and spunky personality shines through. Phoebe is looking for an indoor-only home where she can continue to blossom, be loved unconditionally, and spoiled the way every kitten deserves.
