We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog. ___ Meet Martini – affectionately known as Mr. Bubbles – a 9-month-old neutered male Terrier mix with a bubbly personality and a heart that’s just as big as his puppy eyes. He currently weighs about 23 pounds. NOTE: We're making our best guess on breed based on appearance and behavior, and we believe this group is a mix of multiple breeds. He has been in the same home since he was born, so will need a patient transition. Born on October 25, 2024, Mr. Bubbles is currently in a foster home in SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, and is ready to transport out of state once an approved adopter is lined up. Martini is part of the “Drink Litter,” a group of adorable puppies born in care after their owner asked for help finding them forever homes. Their mom is a 20-pound Chihuahua mix, so we expect Martini to stay on the smaller side when full grown—perfect for cuddling, carrying, and constant companionship. True to his nickname, Mr. Bubbles has a bright, joyful spirit. He’s playful, curious, and always ready to make you laugh with his silly antics. He loves discovering new toys, chasing after his siblings, and exploring his surroundings with tail wags and happy hops. But once the playtime winds down, he turns into a total snugglebug, eager to curl up in your arms or on your lap for a cozy nap. Martini is doing well with puppy pads but is not fully house-trained yet. He’s not crate trained either, but he’s sleeping through the night and adjusting well to daily routines. Like any young pup, he’ll thrive with positive reinforcement, gentle structure, and lots of love. He’s been around kids and other dogs and does great—friendly, playful, and appropriately gentle. He hasn’t been around cats, but with his sweet and easygoing personality, we think he could do well with slow, supervised introductions. He still has his baby teeth and sometimes jumps with excitement, so supervision around younger kiddos is recommended. Martini is already neutered and ready for his forever home. Puppies this age need someone home more often than not to help them grow into happy, well-adjusted adult dogs. If you're away for more than 4 hours at a time, we ask that you share your plan for his care and development during that time. Martini is looking for a family who will include him in all of life’s adventures and snuggle sessions.
