Meet Kono! This 35-pound, 8-month-old mixed breed is the perfect balance of playful pup and mellow cuddle bug. She may have applications in progress, but is currently available. This affectionate girl is full of love and has a few favorite things: belly rubs, playing fetch, prancing joyfully in the yard, and cuddling close with her people. She's super sweet, eager to please, and always ready to brighten your day with her happy wiggles. Kono is currently working on crate training, house training and getting comfortable in the outside world out on walks and when being left alone. She already sleeps through the night like the good girl she is. She gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a canine sibling to play with and learn from. She hasn't met cats or kids just yet, but she's open to new experiences with patient introductions. If you're looking for a loyal cuddle buddy who will greet you with a wagging tail and pure joy every day, Kono is your girl! Adoption fee is $375 and includes spay/neuter, microchip, fecal/deworming, vaccines and prevention up to date. Ohio residents only. STS is a foster-based and volunteer-run rescue. We do not have a physical location or set hours for you to meet dogs, and it does take time to answer each inquiry. All dogs are in foster homes and once an application is approved and a home visit is completed you will be able to schedule meet and greets with available dogs.
