Hi there! My name is Romeo, and just like my name suggests, I’m a total sweetheart. I’m incredibly affectionate and loyal, and I love nothing more than being close to my humans. I have a great balance of energy—I enjoy being active and playful, but I’m also a big fan of lounging around and taking naps. I’m already potty trained, crate trained, and I’m doing awesome at learning new commands. I’m looking for a family that’s calm, confident, and willing to keep helping me grow with my training program I will be completing this month. While I’m pretty easygoing, I’d love a home with older kids and a fenced-in yard where I can stretch my legs and play! I’m smart, friendly, and naturally protective of the people I love. I do well around other pets—including chickens! I haven’t met a cat yet, so we’d have to see how that goes. I enjoy meeting new people and always get compliments on how handsome and well-behaved I am during walks. I’m a healthy, happy young dog just looking for the perfect place to call home—where I can be your loyal Romeo and soak up all the love and attention I’ve been dreaming of. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Pep's Pals Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet may occur in person or on a video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc.). Our adoption fee is $350. This adoption fee includes all current basic vaccinations, deworming, microchip (with lifetime registration), spay, and a heartworm test. All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
