Toby's mom was rescued from a man who kept her chained all the time. When she was rescued, they determined she was pregnant. Toby and his siblings came along 3 days after mom was rescued. He is currently 8 months old and looking to have his own family now. He is cautious only because he hasn't had an opportunity to explore the big, scary world. He loves to play with his siblings and other dogs in his foster environment so other dogs would be fine. Not sure about children but I don't think there would be a problem. He is a gorgeous happy boy. Toby is currently in the Houston, TX area however transportation can be arranged. A portion of his adoption fee will include the transport fee.
