Vanilla Bean
Baby • Female • Small
Meet the Ice Cream Trio - a purrfectly sweet litter of kittens who will melt your heart! Vanilla Bean, the lovely little lady, is as gentle and classic as her name suggests, with a soft, affectionate nature that makes her the first to curl up in your lap. Toffee Crunch is the adventurous brother with a golden streak - a mix of mischief and charm, always the first to explore and the last to quit playing. And then there's Cookie Dough, the cuddly, roly-poly boy who just wants to be loved (and maybe nap in your laundry basket). This delicious trio is full of love, fun, and flavor - the sweetest scoop of kitten joy you'll ever meet! Vanilla Bean has a $125 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. If you would like to adopt, please fill out the application through the link or the website at -www.whiskersofohio.org - please note that the "I'm interested" tab on Petfinder does NOT act as an application, this should only be used for specific questions before committing to an adoption. You will receive an email confirmation when your application goes through. We make no breed guarantees; we are a rescue, not a breeder. Please only apply for a specific kitten if you are committed to adopting! Our workers are all volunteers and it takes time to process applications. We are a registered, volunteer run 501c3 non-profit organization. Free transport is regularly available to Wayne/Holmes County areas! We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.
Princess Gracie
Senior • Female • Large
Ruby Tuesday and Princess Gracie are a pair of 15 year old sisters, whose owners unfortunately are now in a nursing home. These girls were loved and spoiled -- climbing walls, handcrafted furniture and climbing posts just for them -- they are feeling a little lost and lonely right now, and need someone with lots of time to dedicate to them. They MUST be adopted together. These girls are very active and chatty, and potential adopted must have breed experience, as Bengals are like no other cat... They do have papers and are TICA registered. They are gorgeous, unique girls who like people and attention but are not lap cats. Gracie had a dental in 2024, and Ruby not long before that; both have had bloodwork in March 2025. Both have big rumbling purrs and a loud meow that is unlike any housecat you can imagine! They each have a $100 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. Lacey
Senior • Female • Large
Lacey is a one-eyed 11-year-old beauty with a heart full of love. Her missing eye doesn't slow her down one bit-she's graceful, gentle, and always ready for a snuggle. Lacey adores quiet moments, warm laps, and soft pets, and she's looking for a calm, loving home where she can shine as the special girl she is... Lacey had an eye infection and resulting ulcer that required removal -- she is still sweet as ever. She is cat, dog and kid friendly! She has a $100 adoption fee. The pair was surrendered through no fault of their own (adopters had a dog that was very allergic to them); they had originally come to us in 2024 when their owner passed away. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. Blanche
Senior • Female • Small
Blanche is a graceful 11-year-old senior cat with a flair for the dramatic and a heart full of warmth. She's the resident diva-elegant, poised, and always ready for a cuddle (on her terms, of course). With a soft purr and a slow, confident strut, Blanche brings calm and class to every room she enters. Whether she's lounging in a sunbeam or perched like royalty on her favorite cushion, she reminds everyone that age is just a number-and fabulous never goes out of style. She does have a heart murmur and some cardiac disease as evidenced by recent bloodwork - she deserves a comfy, happy place to live out her life. Blanche has a $100 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. Pooh Girl
Young • Female • Medium
Pooh Girl is a spirited torbie (tortoiseshell-tabby) with a heart as big as her personality. Full of sass and affection, she brings endless joy with her curious antics and snuggly nature. Always nearby is her loving mama, Wendy, a gentle and nurturing tabby with the softest purrs and a calming presence. Together, they're the perfect pair-Pooh Girl's playful energy balanced by Wendy's sweet serenity. Whether they're curled up in a sunbeam or exploring side by side, their bond is pure love. She was found as a friendly stray, seeking love and attention (and some food) from a kind family in Granville. We suspect that Wendy is her mama -- these two are always snuggled up together and should be adopted as a pair... This torbie girl is sweet, social and loves attention! She is estimated to be about a year old and has a $100 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. She's a little shadow with a big personality, always ready to cuddle or explore the world around her. She is estimated to be 5-6 months old and has a $125 adoption fee.
