She was rescued alongside her companion Benny from a heartbreaking case of neglect and abuse. When Good Samaritans found her, she was too weak to lift her head. Weighing only 20 pounds, she had painful pressure sores on her cheeks, hips, shoulders, and knees where bones pressed through her skin. She couldn't even shift positions.
