Forrest
Baby • Male • Small
FORREST DOB: 06/11/25 Male Forrest is the adorable son of Olive and brother of Sage, Jade, and Hunter. He along with his littermates was born outside on a deck in Newark where his chances of having a good life as an outdoor stray kitten were pretty slim. We are so glad that we are able to give him the chance for a better life. He is cute as they come and a happy little kitten. He is looking for a home where someone will promise to love him and take care of him for the next 15-20 years and to never give up on him no matter what! --- If you are interested in learning more about this sweet kitty, please complete an online adoption application at https://form.jotform.com/251950332045046 We do not have a shelter or sanctuary. All pets are cared for in volunteer foster homes until they are adopted. We require a home visit as part of the application process. We are only able to coordinate home visits where we have local volunteers. All of the cats in our care and available for adoption have been rescued from shelters, the streets or from neglect or abuse situations. We do our best to determine the given breed or breeds of any cat or kitten in our program based on our experience and advice of professionals. NOTE: PetPromise requires that young kittens be adopted in pairs unless you have an existing kitten or young cat at home. This policy is intended to ensure that the kittens we rescue, nurture, and love are adopted into homes that offer the best possible environment for their social development. Most rescue groups have similar policies regarding kittens.  Click here to learn more about why this is important: http://petpromise.org/singlekitten Also, PetPromise requires all pets be spayed or neutered and fully vaccinated before adoption. However, if you are interested in a particular kitten you may apply to adopt the kitten and once approved, you may enter into a Foster to Adopt Agreement whereby you agree to foster the kitten for PetPromise until PetPromise has the kitten fully vaccinated and spayed. Once the vet care is complete an official adoption will be completed.
Arlo & Alfie
Baby • Male • Small
?? THE CUDDLE BUG TWINS! ?? Arlo & Alfie were born on May 23rd under a bush just minutes old when a dog chased their mother away. Sadly their Mama never came back and these two came to PetPromise as newly born neonates where we’ve bottle fed them day and night. They don’t have a mother they only have each other. They love people: who are the only mothers they have known. They cry out with tails wiggling when people come to their room. They purr happily just to be cuddled and held. They are the sweetest angels and deserve the best home where they will fs loved and cherished…because they are pretty special! You won’t find kittens that love people more than Arlo & Alfie. They are beautiful Mackerel Tabbies and are as darling as they are sweet. They didn’t have the mother’s care and love that they were meant to have but they have so much love to give. They need to be adopted together. Only serious adopters willing to make a commitment to these boys no matter what for the next 15-20 years need apply. They have been tested and received treatment for worms and fleas, and vaccines have been started. Their neuters are scheduled and they’ll be ready to adopt once neutered and fully vaccinated. (You can apply to foster gen now for us and finalize their adoption once they are neutered and fully vaccinated.) See videos of the babies in the comments below! FINN
Baby • Male • Small
FINN DOB: Approx. 05/09/2025 Male, 1.5 lbs. Finn is the cute little clown kitten of Lily’s babies and brother to Speck, Piper, Benny & Melon. Born in a crumbling shed, this little tumbling ball of fun and goofiness will make you laugh and the next minute will be in your lap purring and falling asleep. He wouldn’t have survived if he hadn’t been saved. His mother, Lily was just a kitten when she had Finn and his siblings and the building was falling down around them. Their start in life wasn’t great but now Finn is so happy just to be alive and safe and warm and ready to be the cuddle bug in someone’s life (if you promise to tickle his tummy too!) He is the gentle soul of the boys and is just darling. He loves people and has been held by children and loves everyone! Finn will be fully vaccinated and neutered before he is adopted. --- If you are interested in learning more about this sweet kitty, please complete an online adoption application at https://form.jotform.com/251950332045046 We do not have a shelter or sanctuary. Arlo
Baby • Male • Small
ARLO (Twin of Alfie) DOB: 05/23/2025 Male, 1 lb. Arlo is one of two identical twin boys (Alfie is his twin brother) who came to us on the day that they were born along with their sister who did not survive the ride to us. Born outside on 05/23/25, their mother was scared away while giving birth when the resident dog came upon her in the bushes and barked and scared her away. The three newborns were left under the bushes with umbilical cords wrapped around one another when the homeowner put the dog in the house and put them in a blanket back under the bushes hoping the mother cat would return. Several hours went by and it was getting colder and dark. The homeowner knew that they would not survive much longer outside alone without food or warmth. She called PetPromise and she brought the three very cold and very weak kittens to us wrapped in a heated blanket. Arlo’s sister passed away after arriving and we all held our breath for two days as Alfie & Arlo struggled to hold their temperature and to learn to latch on to a bottle. After 48 hours the boys started to show signs of strength. It has been a long road of feeding 24 hours a day every 2 hours. But Arlo and his twin Alfie are so worth it. (We rescued a mother kitty Chloe who had a 4-week-old kitten and though Arlo and Alfie weren’t able to latch, she became a surrogate Mom and helped clean and care for these two orphans while we kept them fed and warm (and they love her). These boys are now both doing great! Arlo is the lighter of the two but he is a spry little riley boy. He fights for the bottle if his brother is taking too long and when he sees a person at just 3 weeks old he is scaling the side of his playpen screaming to get someone to pick him up. Like his brother Alfie, Arlo looks like a little bear cub. He loves people and calls out to any person he sees because he knows that somehow they are his Mom too because they feed him. He is a round pudgy little ball of fur that is going to make a wonderful best friend and perfect family member for someone. Arlo will be fully vaccinated and neutered before he is adopted. --- If you are interested in learning more about this sweet kitty, please complete an online adoption application at https://form.jotform.com/251950332045046 We do not have a shelter or sanctuary.
