ChickPea is a Fawn Tri-Colored Petite English Bulldog with a HUGE personality. She loves people, she loves treats and she loves being bossy. She is fostered with other dogs but best to be the only girl in playgroup. She is a typical dominate female bulldog and would benefit from a family with breed experience. ChickPea will cuddle and give hugs, insisting on lots of love - she is crate trained but needs a schedule to be successful. Betsy is a FUN dog who loves to be with other dogs, maternal and bouncy. She is not aggressive or bossy but does have a bark and her terrier DNA comes out when meeting new smaller dogs. She has spent most of her time with bigger dogs and enjoys being the 'shortie' of the playgroup. Betsy is not food motivated, nibbles through the day, but has managed to become a bit fluffy. 50 lb dog now, she loves car rides, water! and sunbathing. Sage Cowan is clearly a shepherd mix but based on her ice blue eyes and energy, we are guessing mixed with husky. Sage is constantly smelling or moving, exploring or swimming. Yes! She loves water and finds all ponds, puddles and ditches near her foster home. Sage is attentive to people, does well on leash and does listen for commands. During her off-leash yard play - she runs and enjoys playing 'keep away' from humans. She is athletic and healthy. She was soaking wet and wandered into a gun shop looking for people. She was microchipped but the owners stated they did not want her anymore. We had her seen at our vet for injures. She would also need to be treated for heartworms, though just two years old - obviously not kept on preventatives. Sage spent a few weeks in boarding due to the storm damage in our area and lack of foster homes. She did well with the routine at boarding, bouncing around her kennel until it was her turn for a walk and yard time.

Introducing Pixie! These little babies were found at only 3 weeks old living under a house. Their mom, Hazel (last picture), would go out during the day to look for food and got lucky when a kind lady spotted her on the side of the street and followed her back to her babies. She scooped them all up and brought them to safety. Pixie is absolutely adorable. She loves playing, cuddling with her siblings, and doing all the fun puppy things. As of 7/27, she is estimated to be 6 weeks old, and she’ll be ready to transport to her forever family after her second round of puppy vaccines. Pixie is looking for a family that truly understands what it means to adopt a puppy.
