Einstein
Baby • Male • Large
Hi, my name is Einstein! I'm likely a mix of livestock guardian breed dog, possibly Anatolian Shepherd and Great Pyrenees (however without a DNA test, we don't know for sure). I'm on the shy side and I'll need patience and understanding as I navigate and learn about the world around me! I'll benefit from reward-based training as I learn about potty training and foundation manners. I will likely grow up to be a large to extra-large sized dog with moderate energy levels. I will also benefit from continued socialization with other dogs, people, sights, and sounds! I am approximately 12-13 weeks old and weigh between 38-40 pounds. Please learn about LGDs prior to adding one to your family. These breeds grow to be large, independent dogs who are very loyal to their family but leery unfamiliar people and dogs. They do best in single family homes with larger properties. This boy would also benefit from living with another social, confidant dog to help model behaviors. Gigi's is now offering Training and Puppy Classes, as well as private sessions to help get families and their new furry family members off on the right paw! Check out: https://gigis.org/train-your-dog for more info. Einstein has received their full-service vet care, vaccines, pre-adoption behavior support, microchip and is neutered. To meet this dog or any of our other ready-for-adoption dogs, visit Gigi's during our open adoption hours listed on www.gigis.org. By adopting a Gigi’s Grad, you are helping other shelter dogs in need get vital care and an opportunity to find a new family, just like yours — together we’re improving the lives of shelter dogs™.
